Always makes my heart so full to learn more about elder and to be inspired to use it for all its many healing capacities. I really love the bountiful healing tincture combining elder with hawthorn, blueberry. I was doing that too with elderberry. I made elderflower fritters for the first time this past summer. Inspired by Rosemary and wanting to try this age old treat and tradition. It was fabulous. Thankyou Rosemary and Helen so grateful for you both
