My fire cider is/was 13 months old, kept in a cool dark cabinet. It’s fine & is working! I’ve nearly polished off the quart jar (I still had it because this is the first cold I’ve had since the pandemic). I had made elderberry syrup at the same time but stored it in the fridge. I was shocked it had not turned into wine. I mix equal parts of the fire cider & syrup, dilute with about 1/4c warm water & chug it. Dog-gon if my shoulder pain I’ve had for over a year isn’t 80% better as well! {Secretly hoping it helps keep me in remission, too}

Point 3 under the “Instructions” clearly states: Your Fire Cider will keep for several months unrefrigerated if stored in a cool pantry. But it’s better to store in the refrigerator if you have room.
